Pet Policy
Consultation Visit A meet and greet consultation is conducted for all new Clients prior to the start of service. This consult allows us to become familiar with each other and your pet(s) to make sure we're the right fit. I listen well to understand your specific needs, home and pet routines. We then set up your customized pet sitting service, arrange your pet sitting schedule, and services needed. During this time, we'll briefly review our simple Agreement and Cancellation Policy, and I pick up a house key. Consultation is 100% complimentary and generally lasts approximately 30 minutes.
Payments Feel free to pay at the beginning of each week or at the end of each week. If you prefer to pay every other week, that is fine too. Payments can be made with cash, cheque, or email transfer. Email transfer to: 48miller@gmail.com and please remember to text me the transfer password.
Cancellations In order to best serve your needs, the cancellation policy is as follows – For Pet Visits and Dog Walking please provide 24 hour notice if the service is not required for that day. Please note that cancelled visits for pet-visit & dog walking will not be refunded in order to hold your spot, since this is a Monday to Friday ongoing service. Overnight visits are subject to a 30 day cancellation notice because I often turn away clients to commit to your booking. Clients will be responsible for 50% of the amount if they cancel by giving less than 30 days notice.
